If you live in the Portland area, I hope you'll consider attending Open Studio weekend at Northwest Marine Artworks. More than 75 artists will be showing their work. There will be food carts, live music and a fun, celebratory vibe. This happens only twice a year, once in June and once in December. Our Open Studio weekend has become quite the anticipated event and a great opportunity to shop for holiday gifts.

I'll be showing photographs, some new and some old. On one wall of my studio, I've installed a patchwork of protest photos from the last ten years. It's an interesting record of various political rallies and marches, including the Women's March, the Hands Off, Not My President and No Kings marches, Immigration marches, Black Lives Matter protests, the ICE facility in Portland and even a couple of Trump rallies. I hope you'll stop in to see it, as well as the other pieces I'll be showing. I'm in Studio #23.

If you're not in Portland and would like to see thumbnails of my Open Studio exhibit, just let me know. Below are a few of the protest photos.
